Are you on PHP 5.3 or higher? Can you turn WP_DEBUG on, view page source and let me know if you see any errors?
Hello! I’m having the same issue with the Visual editor disappearing when the plug-in is activated. Is there a way to solve this issue? I’m on PHP 5.4.26.

Edit: In a brand new copy of WordPress (Version 3.8.2) I added the plugin, activated it and it worked fine. Visual editor is still there both when adding a new page and editing an existing page. I can’t replicate your issue.
