• My visual editor disappeared a few days ago and all the copy on the page is white so I can only see it if I highlight it. I have spent hours reading threads trying to fix it. I have tried installing WordPress manually, deleted all my plugins, changed themes, etc and nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas how to get this back up and running. Can I reinstall the old WordPress somehow? I am on a Mac, using a google browser, with WordPress 4.2.1 and the prophoto theme…

  • I’ am not sure if this going to Work or not but I have a feeling that its something to do with the permission of the Tinymce Folder located @ wp-includes\js maybe you can try setting its permission to 777, 775 or 755.

Revert changes if it doesn’t work.
