I have activated the plugin but the Visual Editor area does not appear.

There is conflict with Media Tags plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/media-tags/
When Media Tags plugin is enabled, disable editor meta box look like this: http://imageshack.com/a/img836/3403/45yr.jpg
