No – it’s a database management application on your server. Ask your hosts if you have access to it or another similar tool via your hosting account.

Hello, I already try in phpmyadmin..and still doesn’t work..the visual editor still problem..So now what i must to do???please help me…
Try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to the bottom of your wp-config.php file (just before the require_once line).
