Visual Editor getting stuck on HTML tab

    Hi guys,

    I have a version of WordPress MU setup on my server and for some reason in one of the blogs, when I try to Edit or Write a Post, it gets stuck in HTML mode and I can’t get out of it. (Visual tab won’t click).

    Also, new posts go to a “post has failed” screen, which when we go into manage posts will show up as “Draft”.

    Not sure what is going on, as I have other blogs setup on the same system, and there are no issues there. Any help would be appreciated.
