Visual Editor Issue

When I go to edit anything in the visual editor, the plugins that normally stay down at the bottom of the editing page (Yoast, PowerPress, Scripts, etc.) float up to the middle of the post, just below the title. I can’t add more content (or if I do, I can’t see it). I checked older posts, and the same thing is happening. The plugins float to the top of the page below the title. At a certain point, the content on the page is long enough to run below the plugins, and I can then use the visual editor as I normally do below the plugin boxes.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? How do I go about fixing this? Any thoughts?
