Visual Editor Issues

Hey Everyone – Some help on this issue would be much appreciated.

I’m setting up a second wordpress website. I noticed that my visual editor tab is there but it doesn’t show any rows of icons.

I checked in the user area to make sure the disable box was not checked.

I also tried across Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.

I deleted my cache and browsing history as per suggested in the support articles.

Still nothing.

I changed my theme and that did not make a difference either.

The most interesting part is that if I sign into my other wordpress website the visual editor and all the icons shows up just fine!

So with that being said – i don’t know what else I should do and any guidance would be extremely appreciated.
