    Hi and thank you for a wonderful plugin. I have just updated from WordPress 3.9.2 to version 4.0 and to your latest plugin version 3.6.3. I am experiencing a strange problem. I work on a mac and have been trying to create a new newsletter. When I select the visual editor using my own or any of the other templates the editor is completely frozen and I cannot write or edit anything using it. When I switch to the HTML editor I can add code, but this is making it extremely difficult for me to edit. This is happening on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. This is happening on the website http://www.xala.ch. Is anyone experiencing this problem? I would very much appreciate any help or advice. Thanks, Sabra

    Hi,
    I just tried to install your Newsletter plugin on a second site I am working on and am having the same problem I mentioned above. The visual editor is not responding. Though I can view the bottom of the newsletter, I cannot scroll to view the entire contents (there is no scrollbar on the right). I have tried this on both Windows and mac on Firefox, Chrome and Safari. The code editor is working fine but it makes it really difficult to edit. I would really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks…

    After disabling all the plugins I was using on the second website the newsletter editor is working normally. I discovered that it doesn’t work when I have the plugin, WP Backitup activated. I can only edit my Newsletters in the visual editor when WP Backitup is not active.
