Visual editor not working

    Hi, I’ve always loved this plugin, but for some reason the visual editor doesn’t show any more. I thought at first it could be a conflict with the GD toolbox plugin, but it isn’t.

    I’ve tried both TinyMCE and ckEditor, and even disabling both, but nothing works. 🙁 Also, the ‘Show editors’ image is missing:
