can you explain what is happening with your Visual editor?

when i click on visual editor its…not showing menu like paragraph, bold itelic etc..
its showing a massage in writing window

This looks like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

its showing these plugin not allowed to your system due to performence, security or compibility

By the way, you can install the plugin don’t worry nothing will happen wrong. The message is showed because the developer of the plugins won’t update it but the plugins are working great for me.
install option disable in both of plugin (WP super cache and w3 total cache)..and iam deactivate all plugin but problem is same

Have you disabled all your plugins? and set the default theme as active?
