Visual Editor NOT Working

    I’ve just spent 30 plus hours working on a website poweder by WordPress.

    Up until last evening the Rich Text Editor had been working flawlessly.

    At some point during one of my final sessions I re-entered Manage Pages to find that the Visual Text Editor was not displaying and the edit page appears stuck in CODE editing mode.

    I’ve spent a LOT of time last evening and today trying to find a solution to what is A VERY OBVIOUS BUG only to find too many unresolved support posts and no really solutions.

    I’ve verified my WordPress installation.

    I am using the following plugins: Search Everything, ShiftThis – Order Pages and WordPress Database Backup. All have been installed for quite some time without any problems.

    I have tried the Prototype.js Recursive Fix.

    I have re-uploaded my Includes folder.

    And now I am completely stumped.

    I was hoping to turn the website over to the client today or Wednesday but I can’t until the Rich Text Editor is working properly.
