visual editor not working

    I just upgraded to wp 3.9 and not only did the visual editor stop working but when I try to edit any page at all there is nothing showing I can’t even create a new page because it’s all white.

    Apparently this is happening with many people, trouble is I didn’t backup the files so I could go back to 3.83. I tried disabling all plugins and revert to wp 2014 theme (as is suggested on wp forum) but it didn’t do anything… I’m hoping that it is just a matter of customizr theme being updated?

    Any help would be appreciated..

    Anyway since I don’t have that issue, and a lot of people don’t have that too, maybe you and those other people in that topic you linked should feel special, don’t you think ? 😀
    Also, where in that topic someone talks about “customizr” theme?
    And to you happens with customizr theme or with a child?

    I tried installing that but it didn’t do anything… still no editor. I have disabled all plugins and changed themes but it still doesn’t work. Even in text editor, it’s a blank page but the site is still visible.

    Changed themes, so clearly not a customizr issue.
    Anyway in the link you posted they talk about database “corruption”
