The plugin worked for me for customizer. Then suddenly stooped. when i click on edit it open a window without any content but just with the title option in visual editor. Can someone please help.

Hi Janaka,
Just close Customizer and go to Appearance -> Widgets there you will be able to add/edit in the visual editor widget.
It works… just not in customizer

Thanks. Actually I am using visual editor in page builder by siteorigin (plugin). I insert visual editor widget in to the page builder. It worked perfectly but suddenly stoped working. I can see it works as a widget on side bars and footer sections when I insert. Do you know if there is any other visual editor widget i can use instead of this, please.

Can you not go to Appearance -> Widgets and look on the right side at your widget areas?
Hopefully the plugin developer will sort out the problem. This is the only visual editor plugin I know of

When I use the visual editor (Black Studio), it doesn’t save. It works fine right up to saving it.
I had no problems until after the last couple WordPress updates.
Please help or fix the problem.

we are aware of the issue with Theme Customizer, and we’are working on a fix, which hopefully will be released soon.
In the meantime I’d suggest to edit your widgets from the standard Appearance -> Widgets screen and not from Customize.
