What do you have set on your user profile? 
If that’s not checked, then This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Thats not the cause. I checked all users and its unchecked like in your pic.
All my other wordpress sites are ok. I did notice some small changes in the editor today though…was there an update somewhere ?
For example adding a link, im sure the editor displays a slightly different graphic.
This for example looks odd somehow. Im sure that arrow to submit link address diddnt look like that couple days back?
Or maybe im loosing it !
And the blue “highlight bar” ?
maybe a plugin? try disabling all plugins and change your theme to twentysomething
Something not right with image adding either
The bottom one is what im getting now..the top one normal on all my other sites.
