I have the same problem , it is very annoying.
I FOUND THE PROBLEM , it comes from Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin , go on their forum and download the new, and charge it by ftp
I had this same problem as mdezylva and Syllusfx.
Syllusfx: your fix helped and I cannot thank you enough for figuring this out. For all the non tech saavy people like me I used this video below to help with updating plugin via FTP. Sounds intimidating, its super simple!

Thank you syllusfx for taking the time to investigate on this and find a fix. I am going to mark this topic as resolved.
P.S. For other users: please note that it looks the issue was not depending on to our plugin (Black Studio TinyMCE Widget) but on Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
I will complete page builder by siteorigin manual install later today and confirm if this fixes the problem as well. Thank you all for joining in and resolving issue.
Today (5/04/16) I update Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin using automatic method resolved problem. Version 2.4.2 Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
