Visual Editor(s) stopped displaying

    On 09/07/2015 the default Visual Editor was working without any issues. The latest updates to WordPress were run when released on 09/15/2015. When trying to create a new Post on 09/23/2015, the Visual editor no longer displayed anything in the content field and all of the associated buttons were gone. The content is viewable/available in the Text editor tab.

    I have tried installing TinyMCE Advanced plug-in thinking that might resolve the problem, it did not.

    I have tried a different theme (using Twenty Sixteen which seems to be needing an update everyday), that did not help.

    I have tried deactivating all the plug-ins, that did not help.

    I have clear my cache numerous times and have tried a variety of browsers.

    I have tried uploading and overwriting the wp-includes/tinymce, that did not help.

    After much searching and attempting various suggestions, it was recommended that I start my own post because it seems my issue is different from what others are having. Something seems to have changed after updating to WordPress 4.3.1
