Visual Form Builder Email Doesn't Include Fields | ww.wp.xz.cn

I have two forms set-up and both deliver an email to me when submitted. the Contact Form lists each of the fields. However, my second form sends a blank email without any of the fields listed. How can I fix this?

It appears to be related to the amount of text in the fields. The contact form will send all the info if it’s only a small amount of text. However, if it’s more than a few words, it comes through blank on email.
