Visual Form Builder – not working

I am a new user of this Plugin, I have created the form, but can’t get it to work. I have created a page to have my form on and added the short code [vfb id=’1′] to this but when I try to view my page I can’t see my form?

I’m probably missing the obvious but can’t work it out.
