I am using Visual Form Builder Pro and would like to create a default field for every instance of a specific for which is initially set to Private (Unapproved) and then from within the admin area be able to modify the field (set) it to Public (Approved). With that field I then only want to display (show) Public (Approved) forms on my site. I am pretty certain I am can not be the first person to request/want this… any ideas or help is appreciated.

    Thanks!

VFB doesn’t have a feature like that. Really, you don’t need VFB to make the forms private or public.

Just use the Visibility setting in the WordPress Publish box to control the public aspect of the page.

Hi Matt, I really want to use a single form for two purposes:

one, as an application (pending approval) then
second, to use the same form and content to make a viewable document as a persons ‘listing’ to provide a service. (In my situation that is Genealogy consulting).
