I have a very strange problem with an account. Perhaps it rings a bell with someone. My wife has bloggers who write for her and one of the accounts a blogger as she logs in and clicks on a “visual editor” she gets a screen where she can not type. This has disappeared, as well as the tool bars. On the “text editor”screen she can be typed as normal.

When I log on account everything works right. When I logon the PC of my wife log everything works well. When I log in via 4G mobile internet everything works well.

If the blogger on her computer logs it does not work when they log on to the PC from her boyfriend not working. If they log on to 4g is not working. In my view, must sit somewhere in the PCs they have are at home but I do not understand what can cause this weird issue.

Hope this makes sense for someone

    – did this happen all of sudden?
    – did it work before?
    – what did you do (change, modification, new plugn or theme…) before this happen?
    – what theme are you using?

    – Yes
    – It did work before
    – We changed the theme a bit to make it woo commerce compatible, not sure if it was around that time.
    – We use simplemag (http://themeforest.net/item/simplemag-magazine-theme-for-creative-stuff/4923427)

Strange thing is that the account works fine on all of the computers in my home both on local network and on mobile internet, aswell as on my mobile phone. Where they have a problem it works on none of the computers both WIFI and 4G mobile internet. I assume since it’s webbased it then should work on either both homes, or none. But this is not the case. This confuses me.

    Thanks!

    – you’ll be more likely to find a good answer from your theme’s developers, for they have the access to its code.

    – Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
