Visualizer library not working (backend problem)

    Hello,
    I have been using the free version of Visualizer for a long time and it is great.
    Today, I found that I can’t access my chart library or create a new chart.
    When I press “Add new chart” or “Chart Library” (https://prnt.sc/xahc52) the pages are not found. When I press the “Library” button underneath the plugin (https://prnt.sc/xahig4) it redirects to a page where I can’t do anything (https://prnt.sc/xahqv6).

    Hi @gpilotos

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    If you still have this issue, I’d recommend you please attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
