Viva wallet issues

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with my WooCommerce checkout using Viva.com (Viva Wallet).

    The payment system was working before 17 March, but since then all orders are failing to complete payment.

    Here’s what’s happening:

    - Orders are successfully created in WooCommerce

    - Payment method shows as “Viva.com Smart Checkout”

    - Customers are NOT being redirected to the Viva payment page

    - Orders remain as “Pending payment” and then automatically change to “Cancelled – time limit reached”

    - I have also occasionally seen a “live credentials not valid” warning in the Viva plugin settings

    What I’ve already tried:

    - Switched from the old Viva Wallet plugin to the new Viva.com Smart Checkout plugin

    - Re-entered and regenerated API credentials

    - Cleared cache

    - Tested in private/incognito browser

    - Disabled some plugins

    Issue persists across both old and new Viva integrations
