Voice theme Redux not saving theme options

If the theme is premium, that is, one you did not write, you must submit a support request to the theme’s author, per this policy: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/handbook/contributing-to-the-wordpress-forums/what-is-not-supported/

As we did not author theme and do not have a copy, the theme author must support their work. If they determine there is an issue with Redux, then they need to file a report with us along with the required information and we’ll work with them to resolve the issue.
