    Dear Support,
    Is it possible for a visitor on our website to use your plugin ‘Click to Chat’ to make a voice or video call using Whatsapp?
    In other words, is it also possible that our customers can call us pro-actively / initiate a call using the whatsapp icon?

    Hello,

    As we know, WhatsApp doesn’t provide permanent links to calls. So, initiating a call using the WhatsApp button is impossible.
