Voicebot via AI Engine

Is it possible to implement a voicebot instead of a chatbot via AI Engine, so to implement the function of a call center?

The difference is that user initiates the chat via calling a phone number, then your AI engine will convert the voice to text via Speech to Text, then the AI model will response to the text, then AI engine will convert the text back to Speech(TTS).
