Thank you for sending over the screenshots and the link.
It looks like you’re only allowing votes from registered users.
Also, you are limiting voting to 1 vote per account.
I assume the people getting “Vote not allowed” are trying to vote multiple times.
Could you please verify and let us know if this is the case?

They were voting the first time. In some cases it took multiple tries until the vote was accepted, others changed the device and it worked.
The Log of one case, user and IP are all the same, I was told the succesful one was after changing form phone the computer. https://ibb.co/3YM1GKb
Could it be phone sided?

Assuming you did not change the order on log display (oldest to newest) …
It looks like the first attempt was accepted and then denied the rest of attempts. And based on the poll settings you sent previously this is correct.
Can you find an ip/username that had a “Vote not allowed” message first and then an accepted message?

OK, you are right. There was a miss-comunication with the user. When he changed the Device, the new one just showed “Thank you for your vote”. So I guess he entered his vote, but the site did not reload and kept showing the some Poll, which lead him to hit vote again.
So the only problem was a wrong setting in the Poll setting, to not redirect after vote.
Thank you for your help.
FYI: I guess thats a new ticket: searching a term in log and then changing pages adds an “/'” on both sides of the terms, leading to not be able to search somehing further than the first page.
Sorting also only applies to the current page, which might be un purpose, but can be a problem when searching.
