I hope things are going well for you.
I am sorry for having a bit of confusion regarding the status button: Open | Pause | Close.
To utilize it correctly, we need to set the status as “Open” and set the “Open from” date as future one, for example, 01/01/2025 and Open Until date 31/01/2025. So the front end will show this as the default message “Voting has not been started yet, check again later”

The status button doesn’t connect with “Open from” & “Open Until” If we choose a custom message, it will appear, and the form will start appearing on the given date.

Thanks for your quick reply. In fact I’ve already configured it as described (FYI it very user friendly), but it doesn’t work. I’ve set starting from now and set the end date on 31/01/2025, but when saved, the result is incorrect as it shows the polls as already closed which of course it is not the case.

I created a poll and configured it as you described but could not replicate the issue, the pool was showing when I added it to the page, maybe I’m missing something or it is specific to your site.
Could you please first make sure your site shows the correct date and time in wp-admin -> settings -> general and share the pool export with us to investigate further?

You can export it and save the poll in third-party free storage like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link with here.

Both messages are not working :
– when polls is not yet opened > there is no message
– when polls is to be closed in the future > there is a message showing polls as already closed.

I’m afraid, the export shared is incomplete. We would like to import the export file and test how it behaves on our side to see if there is anything missed.

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

It seems you’ve used the correct steps for export, however, the export you’ve uploaded via Google Drive seems to be a poll but does contain additional code and scripts – could you please confirm if you’ve made any custom updates to it?
Also, can you please manually copy-paste the export instead of downloading it and share it with us?
