In order to change the voting frequency for WooCommerce product pages, you need to click on the WooCommerce list item and select the Product tab.
With regards to the Top-Rated, seems like the plugin can’t extract the product image. Are you using featured image?

It is not a featured images.
The same situation on other site as well.

The Top-rated widget will fetch the image you set as featured image of the post/page. Kindly check other posts/pages of your website and set a featured image and let me know if that worked for you.
