Hello! Users reported that my voting was unavailable on February 16 from 12:00 to 14:00 (UTC+5 time).
The error “Voting is already closed” was displayed, although the time was before 00:00 on the same day. Other votes before and after were taken into account.
What could be the problem? Is there any way to see the error log? This is not an isolated case; there have been many reports of voting being unavailable.

Please let us what message exactly the users are getting. Please contact them and ask them to send the screenshot of the message they are getting.
Let us know if there is a chance they are getting the limitation message instead of the schedule message. We are asking this as we checked and noticed that you have set a limitation by Cookie and IP. Maybe they are passing the poll with the same IP due to which the following problem occurs.
The user gets “Опрос закончился” messages, which means “The poll has been ended”. I know about IP restrictions, in that case there would be a message “You can’t vote, because you have been already vote” or something like that.
I want to mention, that we don’t have anything written in the code that can cause the closing of the poll during the active period. There is no other hypothesis for the possible cause of the problem.
There may be a conflict coming from one of the plugins you are using. So, please make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your data. Then, please do troubleshooting by deactivating the plugins one by one, to find the problem-causing plugin.
