how can i change the limit of times you can vote from IP. If i have multiple computers in my houses connected to the same wifi and i vote from one the other computers can vote, it just shows the answers/results

Sorry you can’t. It is once per IP. And if your house is sharing the same IP, it is still counted as once.

The only way is to make only registered user allow to rate and this will allow multiple users from the same IP to rate.
