    Hi,

    When I thumbs up the idea, it does not update the count. The backend does update the count, but it’s not showing on the front end. please help how to solve this problem. Thank you.

    I just noticed, the count refreshed only when I logged in, but the count reversed back to the previous count once it logged out.

    Hi @wallao,

    This sounds like a classic caching issue. Please check your website site caching and you may need to turn it off on IdeaPush pages. It looks like you might have LiteSpeed cache running on the page, so this could be the issue or perhaps another caching system.
