I checked the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-ads/ page and I found that you can add the ads through a shortcode. MetaSlider allows you to add shortcodes to the slides’ captions. So, if you intend to use shortcodes to add your ads, then MetaSldier would help you with that.

Basically, MetaSlider is a plugin that creates slideshows and the like/dislike is out of MetaSlider scope.
I searched for a solution trying to add the like/dislike to the slides but unfortunately, I didn’t succeed. I wish I could help you with that.
