voucher code not being emailed

    hello
    when a customer buys a voucher, the voucher code not being emailed.
    Any reason why this would not be the case?
    What template sends the code and what is the short code for the voucher code?

    hello vouchers or gift vouchers or coupons as generated by Jigoshop Smart Coupons,
    the code so a person who buys a gift voucher can use there gift voucher
