VPI not working

    Hello,

    When I enable VPI it doesn’t work. There are no requests in queue and in the VPI box on almost all my pages it just says “empty result”.

    I am connected to QUIC.cloud and everything else seems to be working. I have Lazy Load enabled.

    In my QUIC.cloud dashboard I can see, that a few pages has been processed long ago, but on most of them it only found my logo. No other images.

    Can You please help me troubleshoot?

    Empty results mean that no images found when scanning the page.

    We are aware in some situations(from our reports) the VPI service is not returning the correct result. We are working on improving it and some updates will come in the future(we are not able to provide a timeframe).
