[VSB] All Forms – Add close option

Visual Form Builder Version 2.8.1

My client uses these forms as sign-up sheets for events. These events have a termination date.

A few implementation suggestions:

• add a close flag

• to the forms table
• allow the flag to be set for each form on the All Forms page
• change the shortcode to display a “This form is closed” message if the flag is set

• add form expiration date

• same concept as the close flag, but using a date

• limit the number of entries

• my client usually looks for X volunteers to sign up
• would be nice to automate informing entry number X + 1 that they are on the standby list
