Version 5.3.9 had an issue with an external library. The library was updated in version 5.3.10. We are currently on 5.3.11. Can you please update?

I’m getting the same report and the WordPress Plugin repository is showing 5.3.9 as the latest version still.

Further research revealed that version 5.3.9 is not seeing any version updates. As a result plugin users are not offered updates automatically.
