    Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing a conflict between two plugins, W3 Total Cache and JetFormBuild from Crocoblock. I am unable to edit form posts, and I encounter a white page.

In my logs, I have these lines:

[28-Feb-2024 09:54:46 UTC] PHP Fatal error: str_replace(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /var/www/macasaa_theo_usr/data/www/macasaa.theobazin.eu/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/UserExperience_LazyLoad_Plugin.php on line 69

During pre-production, I deactivated W3TotalCache and was able to edit posts (forms) again.

We can work together to identify the cause of this issue. I’m confident that we can find a way to use these two plugins together and assist others.

The logs indicate a ‘User Experience Lazy Load’ plugin. I checked the documentation for W3TotalCache but couldn’t find anything related.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have a beautiful day

Oh, sorry, I didn’t add the version number:
    JetFormBuilder : Version 3.3.2
    W3TotalCache : Version 2.7.0

    Hello @theobazin

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!

Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue?

We need to confirm if the Lazyload is actually reposnible or not. Also, if you have Minify enabled, check the Performance>Minify settings and make sure that the option Disable minify for logged in users is enabled. If not, enable the option, save all settings and purge the cac.

    Thanks!
