Is there anyone who can help with this?

GTmetrix can’t even load the site: https://gtmetrix.com/analyze.html

and it is persistent in tools.pingdom.com.

Its difficult to just say its this or that when it comes to a problem like this. This type of problem is not common. You might have just configured the plugin wrong and its causing those issues.

    Hi,

Did you manage to make this work? I just install W3 Total Cache and have the same problem.
    Regards,
    Gabriel

    Hi MaruscaGabriel,

Yes I did. It was the setting “cache ssl requests” . I think that is a setting on page caching or browser caching. I had it checked but it needed to be unchecked in our case. After that the 403 had disappeared 🙂

I hope I have all naming correct as I currently have w3totalcache disabled while we’re working on the site
