Getting W3 Total Cache Error after updating WP footer information. I have tried to reset the site to a previous version that seemed to help fix the broken menu issue. But when I update the address in the footer it seems to be going back to the old broken menu version. File permissions are already set to 755. The .htaccess and .wpconfig permissions are already set to 644. I reached out the my hosting service Cloudways and they requested I contact the web developer to fix the issue which we have troubleshot using the above steps. What else could cause the notices.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ckathrotia

    Thank you for your feedback.

Can you please check the file permission for the cache folder and manually delete the /db/ folder?

    Thanks!
