W3 Total Cache Error

    Hi.

    Trying to login to my portal to fix my website and update some plugins but afte I login, all I get is this message:
    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05bi/b802/dom.mituslogistics43479/wp_site_1582209728/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

    How can I fix this error and be able to have access to my dashboard?

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    Can you please manually delete the /wp-content/advanced-cache.php and reload the dashboard and let me know if the issue persists?

    Sorry for a late reply and thank you for replying to my issue.

    Unfortunately, when I log in, all i see is a blank page and after a while i get this message:

    Not getting access to my portal account at all that I could manually delete this error.
