Hello @mitus1
Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Can you please check the /wp-content/ folder and see if the advanced-cache.php exists and delete it manually?
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks!

Hi Marko @vmarko

Unfortunately, when I log in, all i see is a blank page and after a while i get this message:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05bi/b802/dom.mituslogistics43479/wp_site_1582209728/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
Not getting access to my portal account at all that I could manually delete this error.
Hello @mitus1
Thank you for your feedback.
This needs to be done via te FTP or Cpanel.
Do you have access to the Cpanel with your hosting provider? Can you log in with your hosting provider and check the files?
Thanks!

Hi Marko.
Is it there any way I can send you a screenshot of what I get when I login to my portal account?
I think I don’t have FTP or Cpanel or at least it doesn’t let me get access to anything once I login. Just getting the error message.
Hello @mitus1
Thank you for your feedback.
Can you please share where is the website hosted or do you have your custom server?
Thanks!

Hello @mitus1
Thank you for your feedback.
What you shared is the wp admin access URL. It seems that the website is hosted on Newfold Digital, Inc.
Do you have a login access to your hosting environment?
Thnaks!
