W3 Total Cache – Hosting Windows

    On WP4.3.1 hosted on Win2012 R2 with WinCache enabled (via PLESK) i try to enable W3 Total Cache.
    Entry on wp-config.php is created manually.
    “Toggle all caching types on or off (at once)” cannot be enabed and .htaccess error returned. File .htaccess exist.
    Rapidly Plug-in crash website so i disabled it.
    Can anyone help me?
