Have you inputted 604800 into the Media section of the plugin?
It also depend on your handler.
Check whenever you were using NginxAdmin and Apache or another handler.
SuPHP and NGINx may overide any values in .htaccess
It depend on each server configuration. In some setup, even if Mod_expire was installed, any values in .htaccess were not being used. Make sure the setup respect any values in .htacess as W3 depend on .htacess to set expire headers.
Just W3Total cache plugin is not inuf for increase speed..you have to manualy edit .htaccess do this 2 things your page speed 100% increase.1- leverage cache.
and 2- remove static query Go.

Yes, you’ll need to use FTP (or other file manager access your host uses) to access the plugins folder – that error looks like you have a problem with the mam_auction plugin. See this re: FTP:

If you don’t know how to set that up, ask your hosting company – it’s a way to access files on a server (not specific to WP).

@carlbee you have to delete w3tc plugin manually using ftp and also remove related file of w3tc plugin in wp_content folder contain.if its not working then post here i have second trick.
