W3 Total Cache Plugin memcached (activation email problems)

    We use W3 Total Cache Plugin on Wp + buddyPress
    and recently we have installed memcached server,

    2 days later I have noticed, the rate of activation for new members has dropped.

    normally was 80% valid activations, and now it is only 50% and seems like it is going down.

    How to disable caching of this part of the site?
    I mean, the part that registeres users / activates and sent emails,

    it seem like many people do not get the activation email now.
