W3 Total Cache Plugin "Not Available"

When trying to add this plugin from my dashboard, a little notice says:
“Not Available”. When I hover over the question mark icon it says:
“This plugin is not allowed on our system due to performance, security, or compatibility concerns. Please contact our support with any questions.”
I tried to install the plugin anyway, and after activating it an error box popped up in the wordpress dashboard which said:
“System Message: This plugin w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache.php is not allowed on our system. It has been automatically deactivated.”
I’m hosted with GoDaddy (not sure if that matters)
Please help!
