W3 Total Cache with Bluehost

    Good morning.
    We are facing some problems with W3 Total Cache hosted in Bluehost. Since three days ago, new posts are not being showing properly, they only show the new content when we use CTRL F5 to clear the browser cache and it happens also in a mobile. After press CTRL F5, the page works fine but when I press only F5, the site brings me back the old posts!
    We have already uninstalled and installed it again but without success.
    Can somebody help us?
    Does somebody know if there is something that the Bluehost uses that can cause this behavior?

    Hi,
    Have you made any progress with bluehost? We’re having issues with caching too – outside our wordpress I believe. Wonder if they changed something recently?

    My programmer says they may be using NGINX instead of apache – any clue what that might impact?
