W3C validation error

Thank You for the good plugin!

Your plugin code has little bugs and plugin doesn’t validate.
Buffer and Twitter links code contain '&text='
but there must be '& amp;text=' (without space).
Then links works as before, but plugin validates with no problem.

It will be nice, when You fix this little bug in next version 🙂
