    Hello everybody,

    I’ve installed W3TC but I have two different problems.

    1. Some options are grayed out, such as all “Page cache method:” choices under the “Dedicated / Virtual Server”, and the same goes for the “Object Cache”

    2. After following step by step this tutorial Google Page Speed still shows 8 js and 12 css blocking resources above the fold, just the same as before.
