Waiting for over 2 weeks to get basic support

I have a pretty basic support request and i am waiting already for over 2 weeks for a dev to take a look at this.
This was the support request:
Since the last update of your plugin i noticed some weird styling issue’s with my pop up’s.
1 In the settings of all of the pop up’s i have set the animation origin to bottom center.
However on all of my pop up’s if i check the front end the pop up slides in from the right on mobile and bottom right on desktop…

2 Besides that i have a problem with the buttons on my mobile pop up.
With this link you can dl a screencast of my mobile device were i show you in 3 different theme’s with all caching disabled and cleared that the problem is there on mobile:
Since the last update 1 of the outer buttons is stuck to the bottom of the pop up and the other one to the top of the pop up.
This looks awfull could you tell me how this happened and how i can fix this?
The last thing i heard was that a dev would take a look at this. this is over 7 days ago and i am not getting any response anymore…
I am paying $200,- a year for a core extension bundle. The support is not what it used to be for pop up maker if you ask me.
Help me out and prove me wrong please because i never had to go to this length of trouble to get proper support and this is my most expensive plugin…
