Waitlist – variation problem

    Hello,

    i am testing your YITH Waitlist plugin (free licence). It looks everything ok, for normal simple product, and when the item is 0 with stock i can see your Waitlist form.

    The problem is with “variable product“, when i have 0 stock for some size, your form is not visible 🙁 Is it a limitation of free licence or is necessary to setup something extra?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    By default, our plugin show the form in the same section where WooCommerce display the out of stock label.

    Probably your theme or other plugin create a conflict and doesn’t allow you to display the form.

    I suggest you to test it and switch a default theme like TwentySixteen and check if you can see the form.

    By default, the plugin should be rendered on variable products. You can check it directly in our live demo

    Hello,

    thank you for info. I tried to switch to “Twenty Sixteen” theme and it works.

    The problem is when i enable again a my “Loobek” theme.

    Any idea what could i check in theme, to recognize where exactly is the problem?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I’m glad with TwentySixteen is working fine. Probably your theme doesn’t use the default WooCommerce filter for show the stock

    woocommerce_get_stock_html

    This filter is used by our plugin in order to render the form.

    I checked and the “Loobek” theme is not a free theme and we cannot have a copy for check it on our local installation.

    I suggest you to contact “Loobek” developers and ask a feedback about it. They can download the plugin in order to see the plugin core. You can tell their that we use this default WooCommerce filter in order to render the form.

    Thank you very much for your help. I contacted a Loobek theme develeoper and we found out, that theme hiddes this block. Now it works well. Thank you!
